Hello to all our fabulous backers,
I hope you are all doing well. I have been in the process of finalizing colors with my manufacturer and let me say it's been a process. I hope to confirm them all finally Monday. The same manufacturer is trying to make the enamel pin display banner and so far the process is going well, but I see minor flaws I hope can be fixed. If they are unable to meet my expectations, I have a backup manufacturer just in case.
I'm still missing surveys from three individuals. I need those filled out please as soon as possible. I will be privately messaging them today. Please note that for those that have pledged and do not fill out their surveys, shipping may be delayed. Thank you all again for your patience.

It's been so exciting we are finalizing the production numbers and product designs however, we are still missing 6 surveys that have not been completed via BackerKit. Please review your email and complete those in the next 48 hours as the surveys will begin locking. Thank you to all those who have quickly finished their surveys; this helps us greatly. If you do not finish your survey your shipping will most likely be delayed. I will be sending out one more reminder email to those individuals.

This update is to inform you that we are still missing 8 surveys.
The last day to make final updates to your order is January 7th, 2024. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
If you haven’t answered your survey yet and fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page.

Hiya Everyone!
I just wanted to remind those who haven't filled out their surveys that we are trying to get all our surveys completed by January 7th. This is so we can get the final count to our manufacturers and not delay shipping.
On another note, I was informed by one of our awesome backers that I had made an error on BackerKit with the freebie enamel pin. I accidentally placed Blossum's First Halloween as the Kickstarter enamel pin, instead of This Is Boo Sheet which was advertised as the freebie for pledges of 3 enamel pins or more. This has now been updated in your cart, and I apologize for the mistake. This Is Boo Sheet is unavailable to all pre-orders however, Blossum's First Halloween is an add-on you may choose.
